Local SNP activists will be out and about in East Kilbride this weekend gathering signatures to our petition calling for the introduction of a fuel duty regulator to reduce the duty on vehicle fuel.
We will be campaigning in the Lindsayfield and village areas. Meeting on Saturday morning at Morrisons car park, Lindsayfield at 10.00 and at Montgomery St / Hunter St in the village at 10.30.
On Monday evening, we are meeting at Morrisons car park at 7 pm.
You can sign our petition on the Fuel Duty Regulator on-line at:
The petition has been attracting support from across Scotland and, if you think fuel duty should be regulated to reduce the cost to motorists then we would welcome you signing it too.
If you would like to help in Linda’s election campaign you will be made welcome, just turn up at one of the designated spots or get in touch via the website.
